Welcome to the Pivot Trip Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Referrer
To participate as a Referrer, you must have an active Pivot Trip portal account. Your unique referral link is generated through your account and is tied exclusively to you. Each account is issued one referral link. Account creation is free and open to all members of the Pivot Collective email list.
Referred Friend
A Referred Friend must be new to Pivot Trip — meaning they have not previously booked a trip, have no existing Pivot Trip portal account, and are not a current member of the Pivot Collective email list.
Referral Timing
A referral is only valid if the Referred Friend signs up using the Referrer’s unique link before making any inquiry or booking. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively after a booking or inquiry has been made.
One Referral Per Person
Each individual may only be referred once. If a Referred Friend has previously signed up through any referral link — regardless of whether a credit was issued — they are not eligible to be referred again.
2. Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” is a Referred Friend who meets all of the following:
- Signs up for the Pivot Collective using the Referrer’s unique referral link, generated through the Referrer’s Pivot Trip portal account
- Creates a Pivot Trip portal account using a unique email address not previously associated with any Pivot Trip account
- Successfully books and pays the required deposit for their first Pivot Trip
- Successfully completes that booked trip in full
3. Reward Details
Referrer Credit
A $300 travel credit will be applied automatically to the Referrer’s portal account after the Referred Friend’s trip has successfully concluded. No action is required — credits appear directly in the Referrer’s portal.
Referred Friend Discount
A $150 discount will be applied to the Referred Friend’s first Pivot Trip booking at the time their deposit is paid.
Non-Transferable
All credits and discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Applicability
Credits apply only to future Pivot Trip bookings and cannot be applied retroactively to completed or already-deposited trips.
Stackable Credits
Referrer credits are stackable with no limit on total credits earned. Multiple credits may be combined and applied to a single future booking.
4. Fraud Prevention
Pivot Trip takes the integrity of this program seriously. The following activities will result in immediate disqualification of referrals, forfeiture of all pending and issued credits, and may result in account termination:
- Self-referrals: Creating secondary accounts, using a family member’s information, or otherwise referring yourself in any form
- Duplicate accounts: Creating multiple Pivot Trip portal accounts to generate additional referral links or credits
- False information: Submitting referrals using fictitious names, temporary email addresses, or information that does not belong to a real individual
- Link spamming: Mass distribution of referral links through public forums, coupon sites, unsolicited email, or any platform in a manner inconsistent with a genuine personal referral
Pivot Trip reserves the right to review all referrals, withhold credit issuance pending review, and reverse credits already issued if fraud is subsequently identified. All determinations regarding eligibility, fraud, and reward issuance are at the sole discretion of Pivot Trip and are final.
5. Account Termination
Pivot Trip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any portal account found to be in violation of these terms. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, all pending and unused referral credits associated with that account will be forfeited with no right of appeal or compensation.
6. Program Modifications
Pivot Trip reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program, or update these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Participants will receive reasonable notice of significant changes. Credits earned prior to any termination will be honored under the terms in effect at the time they were earned.
